The establishment has evolved without losing its essence. In 1989 it joined the hospitality sector, and in 1995 it opened its Tavern Restaurant and Catering service, with a spirit of updating traditional cuisine.
In 2008, coinciding with its centenary, the Fundación Bodegas Campos was created, honourarily presided over by the Duchess Cayetana de Alba, with the aim of promoting the traditions and popular culture of Córdoba.

Bodegas Campos is open to the public throughout the year, with a schedule that adapts to the seasons and Córdoba life. The restaurant opens from Monday to Sunday, with lunch service (generally from 13:30 to 16:00) and evening service (from 20:00 to 23:00). History of the Cellars
The history of this establishment is the history of a passion. Domingo Campos del Santo, a native of Torrearévalo (Soria), arrived in Córdoba and fell in love twice over: with the city and with a woman from Córdoba. In 1908 he founded a small wine shop that brought wines from the Montilla and Moriles estates.
Over time, the business grew and expanded, incorporating surrounding buildings until forming the current ensemble. Fame came thanks to Paco Campos, a friend of popular figures of the time, and through its halls have passed artists such as Lola Flores, El Cordobés, the Duchess of Alba, and members of the Royal Household.
The oak barrels, signed by kings, bullfighters, writers and film stars, are silent witnesses to more than a century of history.
In 2008, the centenary was celebrated in style, with an event that brought together Córdoba and Soria authorities, and the Foundation was created that today ensures the preservation of the "content and the container" of this house.
