- History: Juan Viu, originally from Barbate, has consolidated in Mare an intimate and singular project located in Plaza de la Candelaria. His cuisine, with few tables, is centred on products from the Cadiz coastline, becoming one of the most unique spaces in the province.
- Style: Viu defines his proposal as "the traditional and maritime cuisine of always", but with a current and refined approach. His menu changes almost daily according to the market, offering the fresh fish that arrives from Barbate, Zahara or the Bay of Cadiz.
