💎 At The Sun Places, we know that the most exquisite luxury is also measured in carats. That's why we invite you to discover Madridjoya 2026, the International Urban and Trend Jewellery and Watch Fair that will turn IFEMA MADRID into the epicentre of brilliance, exclusivity and creativity for four days in September.
With more than 250 national and international brands, this 75th edition promises to be the most spectacular to date. And to experience it with all the comfort, nothing beats staying in our Luxury Apartments in Madrid.
Madridjoya 2026 is not just a professional fair; it is a sensory experience where luxury, design and craftsmanship go hand in hand.
The 2026 edition stands out for its commitment to luxury and exclusivity with proposals that combine innovation, contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship.
The jewellery and watch market in Spain grew by 6% in 2025, reaching €2,135 million, and Madridjoya is positioned as the catalyst for this success.
In addition, the fair incorporates new features such as María Terrón as the new commercial manager and an even more business-oriented and exhibitor-service focused approach.
For luxury lovers, it is a unique opportunity to see the latest collections before the Christmas campaign and to network with the main players in the sector.
📅 When is Madridjoya 2026?
Madridjoya 2026 will be held from 24 to 27 September 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (on Sunday 27th the hours will be reduced until 3:00 p.m.).
This will be the only annual edition of the event, bringing together in four days all the specialised offering of the jewellery, watchmaking, silverware and related industries.
The choice of September is no coincidence: Madridjoya kicks off professional activity after the summer and marks the starting signal for the launch of new collections, just in time for the Christmas campaign.
For attendees, it is the perfect time to discover the trends that will mark the next six months. If you stay with The Sun Places, our concierge service will help you manage your schedule at the fair and book the most exclusive side activities.
📍 Where is Madridjoya 2026 located?
The epicentre of Madridjoya 2026 will be IFEMA MADRID, the most important fairground in the capital, located at Avenida del Partenón, 5, in the Barajas district.
For this edition, Madridjoya will occupy halls 2, 3 and 4 of the venue, with an expanded and renovated exhibition space that will improve the visitor experience.
From our Luxury Apartments in Madrid in Salamanca District, you can reach IFEMA in about 15-20 minutes by car or taxi.
📖 History of Madridjoya: 75 editions shining with their own light
The history of Madridjoya is the history of the evolution of the jewellery and watchmaking sector in Spain.
Organised by IFEMA MADRID, the fair held its first edition decades ago and has become the main instrument for the dissemination of trends and new developments in the sector.
In its early days, it was mainly a national event, but over the years it has incorporated a growing international participation, becoming a global reference.
The 2025 edition was a turning point: it was held from 11 to 14 September in halls 4 and 6 of IFEMA, with more than 250 participating companies and a clear commitment to luxury and exclusivity.
That edition featured international brands from Italy, Austria, Germany, Belgium, India, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Turkey and Ukraine, as well as a notable presence of Cordoban jewellery.
The success was such that IFEMA decided to turn Madridjoya into a single annual edition event from 2026 onwards, concentrating all efforts on a September edition that would be the sector's major meeting point.
The 75th edition, the one we are looking at, aims to exceed all expectations and to consolidate Madrid as the international capital of jewellery and watchmaking.
👑 Who organises Madridjoya 2026?
Madridjoya 2026 is organised by IFEMA MADRID, the capital's trade fair institution, which has a long history of organising top-level international events.
IFEMA is responsible for such important events as FITUR (International Tourism Fair), ARCOmadrid (contemporary art fair) and the Madrid Motor Show.
For Madridjoya 2026, IFEMA has strengthened the team with the addition of María Terrón as the new commercial manager, with the aim of moving towards a proposal even more focused on business and exhibitor service.
In addition, Madridjoya has the collaboration of the main Spanish jewellery and watchmaking associations, as well as the sponsorship of luxury brands such as Wolf, specialising in luxury cases and accessories for jewellery and watches.
For The Sun Places, this luxury organisation is a reflection of what we offer our guests: attention to detail, exclusivity and an experience that goes beyond the ordinary.
🎭 What Madridjoya 2026 represents for Madrid and The Sun Places
Madridjoya 2026 represents the definitive consecration of Madrid as the capital of luxury and exclusivity.
The city has already demonstrated its ability to host major sporting events, such as the Longines Global Champions Tour Madrid 2026, and cultural events, such as the Carolina Herrera parade in Plaza Mayor 2026.
Now, with Madridjoya, Madrid is also crowned as the capital of luxury jewellery and watchmaking. For The Sun Places, this event is a natural extension of our philosophy.
Just as jewellers care for every detail of their creations, we care for every corner of our Luxury Apartments in Madrid. Moreover, the world of luxury connects perfectly with the haute cuisine we have explored in our article on Michelin-Starred Restaurants in Madrid.
Experiencing Madridjoya from The Sun Places is to immerse yourself completely in the most exclusive luxury.
🍽️ Particularities of Madridjoya 2026: beyond the fair
Madridjoya 2026 is not just a trade fair; it is a luxury experience that includes multiple parallel activities.
These include live jewellery catwalks, where models will show off the most exclusive high jewellery collections; workshops and conferences by international designers and experts; and luxury watch presentations, with Swiss brands showing off their latest horological innovations.
In addition, this year the fair includes a VIP networking area with champagne and oysters, exclusive for international buyers and specialised press.
For The Sun Places clients, our concierge service can manage access to these restricted areas and arrange meetings with the most prestigious designers.
The fair also coincides with Bisutex, the costume jewellery and accessories fair, and Momad, the fashion, textile and footwear fair, making IFEMA a major luxury hub during those days.
