The IV Veteran Retiro Madrid 2026 will take place on 9, 10 and 11 May 2026, from 10:00 to 20:00 (on Sunday 11 the hours will be until 15:00).
The date has been chosen to take advantage of the splendour of the Madrid spring, when El Retiro Park shows its best colours and temperatures.
Friday 9 will be dedicated to the reception of vehicles and an initial parade, while Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 will be the main days of public exhibition.

The IV Veteran Retiro Madrid was born in 2023 as an initiative of Madrid City Council to revitalise El Retiro Park and offer a top-level cultural and social event. The first edition featured 80 vehicles and attracted 15,000 visitors, a success that encouraged the organisers to repeat.
The second edition, in 2024, doubled the number of cars and reached 30,000 visitors. The third, in 2025, consolidated the event with 120 vehicles and the participation of clubs from Italy, France and Germany.
The 2026 edition, the fourth, aims to be the most ambitious: more than 150 cars, a section dedicated to classic motorcycles and an area for exhibitors of luxury brands such as Cartier (watches) and Moët & Chandon (champagne).
In addition, this year the presence of King Felipe VI as a surprise visitor is expected (the monarch is a well-known collector of classic cars).

The organisation is carried out by Madrid City Council (through the Department of Culture, Tourism and Sport) in collaboration with the Club de Automóviles Antiguos de España (CAAE) and the Federación Española de Vehículos Antiguos (FEVA).
The main sponsor is El Corte Inglés (through its store on Serrano Street), which provides a VIP tent with luxury catering for guests and the press.
