But in 2023, history changes. For the first time, the Latin Grammys leave the United States, and the city chosen to host this historic event is Seville. The gala will be held on Thursday 16 November 2023 at the Seville Conference and Exhibition Centre (Fibes), a top‑tier venue that will place the Andalusian capital at the centre of the music world.

The Mayor of Seville, José Luis Sanz, described the arrival of the Latin Grammys as "a unique opportunity to project Seville’s image as a global cultural reference". The gala will be broadcast live to millions of viewers in more than 80 countries, consolidating the city as a top‑tier venue for major international events.
🎤 Santalucía Universal Music Week: A Week of Music in Plaza de España
But the presence of the Latin Grammys in Seville goes far beyond a single night. The city will become the epicentre of Ibero‑American music for an entire week. From 11 to 17 November, Plaza de España, one of the world’s most emblematic monuments, will host the Santalucía Universal Music Week, a series of pre‑gala concerts that will serve as a prelude to the big night.
For the occasion, a 5,000‑square‑metre marquee will be built in the heart of the square, a space designed to host major pop and flamenco stars. The stage will witness unforgettable performances by some of the most important artists of the moment:
