📜History of the Soletes de Primavera: Supporting the Hospitality Industry
The youngest recognition from the Repsol Guide was born in June 2021 with the aim of supporting the hospitality industry and highlighting those who during the pandemic brought joy to citizens through such simple, everyday acts as serving a well‑pulled beer or preparing an excellent tapa.
“We are going to enjoy the Spring Soletes with gusto this Easter. There is a hunger to enjoy and discover new places. This edition includes places noted for their gastronomic offering where you can also stay, young businesses, and places where nature is the protagonist,” explains María Ritter, Director of the Repsol Guide.

This is the fourteenth time a list of the 2026 Spring Suns in Andalusia has been published. On this occasion, more than 300 new establishments have been named, with a total of 47 for restaurants in Andalusia and ten for Seville and its province.

Specifically, five of them went to restaurants in the province, with Espartinas, Écija, Lebrija, Osuna and Cazalla de la Sierra being the fortunate places. The remaining five went to establishments in the capital.
