The 1st Emina Tapas Route was born with a clear objective: to highlight the diversity of local cuisine and allow each participating restaurant to stand out with its most characteristic tapas.

The gastronomic experience will revolve around two specific references from the winery: Emina Verdejo sobre lías (D.O. Rueda), with a fresh and fruity flavour, ideal for light tapas, and Emina Pasión (D.O. Ribera del Duero), more intense and full-bodied, perfect for more robust dishes.

The dynamics are simple and designed for enjoyment. Participating establishments offer tapas specifically designed to pair with Emina wines.
You can choose between the two wine references depending on the flavour profile of the tapa you wish to taste.
